Edward Kerr has 16 years of restaurant and hotel operations and Hospitality management. He is a noted expert in both front of house and back of house operations. He has worked for multiple chain restaurants and left the corporate restaurant world as a multi-unit manager responsible for the training and success of multiple management teams and hundreds of employees. Edward has a reputation as a “fixer” in the hospital industry.
Presently his pursuits are Hospitality and operations Consulting work for both individually owned as well as chain restaurants and hotels. Big Boy Dining Out is lucky to have Mr. Kerr onboard as an executive consultant.
Brett Hoag is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Secondary Education and a minor in Japanese. Brett taught high school English in Southern California for over 15 years. He is a published author as well as an accomplished editor. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife of 20 years, their 17 year old son and a runt of a Scottish Terrier named Leo McTavish. Brett is an avid gamer and can often be found playing World of Warcraft (For The Horde!).
