In Brevard County rarely do you find a restaurant that actually combines ingredients to create original and exciting dishes. It's even more exceedingly rare in the breakfast arena. However, Oh Biscuit works very hard to stand out. It's menu is original. The food is prepared well and while their weak point is flavor compared to their competitors they are head and shoulders above the rest.
I ordered a steak biscuit. It was served on a homemade biscuit that was light and fluffy. However, it was flavorless bread. The zing was the steak. I know for a fact this had to have been prepared here because it was tasty. Seasoned well cooked properly, the steak was a home run.
