Petrillo’s Italian Eatery

In this pathos of Italian dining one must ask themselves how hard is it to prepare and cook the simplest of Italian cuisine dishes. Over the years we have dined at Petrillos faithfully. Over the last five years this previously fine eating establishment has been in a death spiral that has not finished because the proprietor owns the property. The service is uneven and asymmetrical. Half full glasses of drink followed by delicious garlic knots leaves a patron wondering is it service or is it management. The salad course is presented freshly competently and dresses led adequately. If we left at this point this would be a three star review. Main course is served. Veal Medallions undercooked. Sauce was not pleasant. Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy but clearly not made here. Pancetta shaved aplomb the pasta? No that's basic ham my friends. Drum roll........into oblivion
