Todd, the “Big Boy” is a Florida native. During his 52 years he has experienced cuisine in almost every state in the USA as well as Mexico and Canada. The Big Boy is a former attorney and small businessman. He cut his teeth early in the restaurant industry and has always been fascinated with the art of fine dining. In these middle years Todd has dedicated himself to providing fair and unfettered restaurant reviews to the Foodie public.

Lacy Mucklow – Executive Consultant for Brand Review and Content Approval

From Washington, DC, Lacy has been involved in editing and proofreading for many years in various capacities. Currently, she is Editor-in-Chief of Lady Obscure Music Magazine, where she writes her own music reviews, conducts interviews with musicians, edits and publishes staff reviews, and is a guest contributor to music podcasts. In addition, Lacy has had the privilege of writing lyrics as well as proof lyrics for grammatical and contextual accuracy for international bands. Lacy is also a New York Times Bestselling Author, having written 6 therapeutically-themed coloring books for adults (the Color Me… series) as well as an art journal for mothers and their children to draw, share, and communicate with each other using the visuals as a springboard for conversation (Mom and Me: An Art Journal to Share – Create and Connect Side by Side). She has also authored original guided imagery scripts that she narrates on her double relaxation album, Lavender Dreams, aimed at helping people relax more effectively. Lacy holds a BA from Oklahoma State University and an MA from The George Washington University.

Edward Kerr – Executive Consultant

Edward Kerr has 16 years of restaurant and hotel operations and Hospitality management. He is a noted expert in both front of house and back of house operations. He has worked for multiple chain restaurants and left the corporate restaurant world as a multi-unit manager responsible for the training and success of multiple management teams and hundreds of employees. Edward has a reputation as a “fixer” in the hospital industry.

Presently his pursuits are Hospitality and operations Consulting work for both individually owned as well as chain restaurants and hotels. Big Boy Dining Out is lucky to have Mr. Kerr onboard as an executive consultant.


Brett Hoag – Executive Consultant

Brett Hoag is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Secondary Education and a minor in Japanese. Brett taught high school English in Southern California for over 15 years. He is a published author as well as an accomplished editor. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife of 20 years, their 17 year old son and a runt of a Scottish Terrier named Leo McTavish. Brett is an avid gamer and can often be found playing World of Warcraft (For The Horde!).
