Cuban Island Restaurant

Today was the first day I EVER had a restaurant owner stopping a dish being served to me because he did not think it was up to standard. I was VERY impressed. I ordered Carnitas De Puerca Fritas. It was served with an amazing garlic sauce. I could not eating it. Every bite was packed with explosions of flavor in my mouth. Garlic notes buttery with tang to finish. Look at the photos. I could eat this every day. I also ordered Picadillo A La Cubana. A truly savory dish of Cuban seasoned ground beef. This restaurant is clean and beautiful on the inside. The decor is amazing. The bar is inviting and well stocked with top shelf scotch which is rare to find. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed.
