With over 600 reviews and a four star average rating I thought for sure I had found an oasis for breakfast in an out of town location. The menu was diverse and inviting. The ambiance is traditional American Cafe decor but with flair. There is covered outside seating. I gladly sat outside awaiting the taste bud excitement to come. Sadly it arrived in the form of an omelet once again DEVOID OF ANY TASTE.
The upside was the whole wheat pancake. You don't see them on menus very often because they tend to be dry. This pancake was light, fluffy and did not need syrup. It was that good. Since I am not from Tampa I can't recommend a better alternative. If you want a basic average quick breakfast this would be it. Nothing spectacular but serviceable. I do want to point out the service was spot on. Server was prompt polite and effective.
