My daughter's iPhone battery port was damaged and her screen was cracked. I stopped as a walk-in at 11:00am. I was promptly helped by a courteous young man who had product knowledge and a friendly demeanor.
They told me they would try to get everything finished same day but most likely it would be the next day. To my surprise I received a phone call at 3:00pm stating the phone was ready for pick-up.
On arrival, I was greeted by the owner who was a pleasant and friendly chap. He explained everything done to the phone and the cost.
My first stop at a local competitor did not go as smooth. In this type of business service is everything and this particular branch of this well known franchise truly delivered.
